2:00 PM-3:30 PM: All the Food That's Fit to Eat at Harbor View Hotel
Please join us at the newly restored Harbor View Hotel for stimulating conversation about cooking culture, food media in the digital age, the life of recipes, and the transcendence of food stories in difficult times.
A reception to follow features sweets and treats: the classic New York Black & White Cookie, the Vineyard's Cranberry Crumble Bar and the Harbor View's Roxy's Rainbow Cookie developed by Roxana Chiu and prepared by Executive Chef Patrice Martineau. Cookies will be paired with dessert wines.
Sam Sifton is the founding editor of NYT Cooking and writes about food for The New York Times Magazine. He has also served as the newspaper's national editor, restaurant critic and culture editor. He is the author of "Thanksgiving: How to Cook it Well."
Susie Middleton is the editor of cookthevineyard.com, a new digital publication from theMartha's Vineyard Magazine. A four-time cookbook author, small farmer and popular food writer, she is the former editor-in-chief of Fine Cooking magazine.

4:00 PM-6:00 PM: Wine + Peace: An Interactive Experience at Atria Restaurant
Wine + Peace is an e-commerce platform determined to make learning about and buying wine as much fun as drinking it. Join us for a wine tasting extravaganza designed to spark joy and curiosity — no snobbery, no ponderous expressions, no spit buckets. Instead, think of it as a boozy game night or a mind-blowing museum visit. Featuring interactive exhibits and self-guided activities that explore everything from how to taste to why handmade wines are the future. Wine + Peace is co-founded by Certified Sommelier Sam Decker and his inimitable wife Katy.
5:00 PM-7:00 PM: Thrill of the Grill at Under the Tent at the Winnetu
Meet us under the Grand Tasting tent to sample the island's bounty grilled to perfection. This year, one of Spain's historic Rioja producers, Campo Viejo, will be pouring selections of Rioja, Rioja Reserva and Rioja Gran Reserva, in addition to a signature cocktail, local beer and sangria. This "grill off" provides guests with the opportunity to enjoy charred bites prepared by our visiting chefs in a casual, fun setting. It's the classic island experience to kickstart your Festival weekend.
6:00 PM-8:00 PM: La Bella Vita – An Italian-themed Dinner and Cocktail Pairing at Sweet Life
Join Jonathan Pogash, creator and owner of The Cocktail Guru, and editor of the world famous "Mr. Boston Bartenders' Guide 75th Anniversary Edition", and Hal Ryerson, Chef/Owner of Sweet Life Cafe, for a multi-course dinner and cocktail pairing. If you like Italian ingredients, and "La Bella Vita", then this dinner is for you. Jonathan will guide you through iconic Italian spirits, Amaris, and Aperitivi, paired exceptionally well with some of Hal's specialty dishes at Sweet Life.
7:00 PM-10:00 PM: Skipstone Wine Dinner at Alchemy Restaurant
Join us for a dinner with Skipstone Winery, focused on sustainable farming practices. Learn about Skipstone's commitment to organic, sustainable, and biodynamic farming in the Alexander Valley while sampling their current releases. With exquisite culinary pairings by Executive Chef Christopher Stam from Alchemy Restaurant, dinner will echo the winery's central focus of natural balance.
7:00 PM-10:00 PM: Scampo at Harbor View Hotel at Bettini Restaurant
Executive Chef Alex Pineda got an early start in the kitchen as the son of legendary Boston Chef Lydia Shire. As Executive Chef of the renowned Boston restaurant, Scampo, Pineda's menu highlights Italian cuisine unrestrained by borders, drawing on flavors from the Mediterranean and Middle East. Join Chef Alex Pineda and the Harbor View Hotel's Executive Chef Patrice Martineau for a six- course tasting dinner accompanied by incredible wine pairings.
7:00 PM-10:00 PM: The Ultimate Wash-A-Shore Dinner at State Road Restaurant
A dinner at State Road demands wines to meet the caliber of quality Mary and Jackson Kenworth present every night using as many local and seasonal products as possible. Join Skinner's Fine Wine Auctions Department Head Marie Keep, Fine Wine Specialist Anna Ward and Dan Michaud of Ruby Wines to experience the allure of vintage wine and the unique opportunity to taste these legendary producers and vintages in a single evening expertly paired with Chef Augustus Paquet-Whall's extraordinary cuisine.

We are thrilled to welcome Joseph Carr back to this year's Festival for what promises to be an unforgettable evening at l'étoile. Chef/Owner Michael Brisson and his culinary team will prepare an island-inspired 5-course dinner, thoughtfully paired with selections from both the limited production wines of Dylan's Ghost (Joseph's passion project!) and from the Joseph Carr wines. This dinner will assuredly sell out fast!

7:00 PM-10:00 PM: Flavors and Techniques of Japan with Chef Ken of PABU at The Dunes at the Winnetu
Chef Ken Tominaga, formerly of the famed Bay Area Hana Japanese restaurant and now Managing Chef and Partner of PABU in Boston, will join the culinary team at The Dunes for a delightful and delicious modern take on traditional Izakaya-style dining on Thursday, October 24th at 6:00 p.m. Each of the courses will be paired with wines from the iconic Duckhorn Vineyards in Napa Valley. PABU brings a celebration of world-class sashimi, sushi, grilled meats and features the finest locally and globally sourced jet fresh seafood flown in daily from Japan's famed Tsukiji Market accented by its signature selection of A4 and A5 Japanese Wagyu.
