12:00 PM-1:30 PM: Lobsterpalooza at Bettini Restaurant
Classic Maine? Connecticut hot buttered? What's your favorite style of lobster roll? Amy Traverso, Yankee Magazine Senior Food Editor and co-host of public television's Weekends with Yankee, hosts a lobster roll tasting prepared by Bettini's Executive Chef Patrice Martineau, presented in three different styles.
1:00 PM-2:30 PM : Italian Salumi & Specialties at Under the tent - The Winnetu
A Connoisseur's Journey through Italy featuring Riserva Salumi & Cheese, Wine Pairing & more!
Join expert & epicure Marco Mocellin to explore Italian alpine passes, grassy mountain trails, floral pasture lands, sunflower strewn fields and cliffs jutting precariously out over the sea. Toast to La Dolce Vita with fine Italian wine pairings and indulge in this curated tasting of a smattering of Italy's finest Riserva salumi, cheeses, EVOOs, specialty items and more!
1:00 PM-2:30 PM: Bubbles & Seafood at l'etoile Restaurant
Once again Michael Brisson and the Chefs of l'étoile will create a Champagne Pairing Menu utilizing freshly caught Edgartown shellfish and seafood from Martha's Vineyard surrounding waters from local fishermen this October. The menu will be paired with five different cuvées of Champagne from five different producers…both Grand Marque houses and small, artisanal family growers. These fine Champagnes will be poured by Dan Michaud of Ruby Wines.
2:00 PM-3:30 PM: Natural Wines 101 at Sweet Life
Everything you wanted to know about natural wine from two producers at the forefront of the movement. Donkey & Goat's Jared Brandt and Vinca Minor's Jason Charles will discuss how good farming and minimal intervention are the secret to purity. Plus they'll teach you where to find them, what to eat with them — and why you should be drinking them a lot more than you are.
3:00 PM-4:00 PM: Red Wine & Chocolate Decadence at Murdick's Fudge
Could there be a more indulgent way to spend the afternoon? Murdick's Fudge expert, Mike McCourt, will present a generous selection of specialty-created fudge, paired with a selection of 3 robust reds. Guests will leave with a small, sweet gift as a reminder of their delicious afternoon at Murdick's.
3:00 PM-5:00 PM: Somm Throw Down at Harbor View Hotel's Great Lawn
Game On! Three wine personalities, including Laurel Friel of Rebel Rebel, Tom Gannon of Spire Collection and Lyle Railsback of Kermit Lynch, irreverently face off, pairing 12 wines with four small plates prepared by Bar Mezzana's Chef Colin Lynch. This signature event is hosted by Joseph Carr and held under the tent on the Harbor View Hotel's Great Lawn.
3:00 PM-5:00 PM: Tacos and Tequila at Dos Mas
Join us at Dos Mas in Oak Bluffs for a guided tasting of 123 Organic Tequila, El Luchador Tequila, and Craneo Mezcal. Master Distiller David Ravandi, will share the stories of how these tequilas are cultivated and distilled as guests enjoy one cocktail tasting per each offering: Blanco (Uno), Reposado (Dos), Anejo (Tres), Extra Anejo (Diablito), El Luchador Tequila, and Craneo Mezcal. Dos Mas will provide their housemade chips with guacamole and pico de gallo, along with a 'make your own' taco bar to accompany the tequila tasting.
4:00 PM-5:30 PM: Wine, Dine & Punchlines with The Standup Sommelier at Under the Tent at the Winnetu
TV personality, award-winning sommelier and comedian Laurie Forster delivers an edgy, off-beat hilarious seminar where wine meets punchline. Using her down to earth approach to "wine education", Forster peels back the labels of a few of her favorite wines from around the world while she exposes some of the deep secrets of the wine industry and why she thinks it's so darn funny!
Forster leaves no stone unturned when it comes to talking about wine and why we like it. Maybe you love the full body of a Malbec or the crispy acidity of a Pinot Grigio. Who knows? Who cares? But by the end of the show 3 things are certain: you are more confident about what you like, exhausted from laughing and completely relaxed.
Forster will work with our chef to create pairings that will not only complement the wines but interactively teach you the secrets to perfect pairings. You'll learn, laugh and never look at wine the same way again!
7:00 PM-10:00 PM: Donkey & Goat Wine Dinner at Sweet Life
Join us for an engaging dinner featuring the natural, fashionable wines of Donkey & Goat Winery, presented by owners, Jared and Tracey Brandt. These wines will be thoughtfully paired with a 5-course dinner, prepared by Sweet Life Café's Hal Ryerson, showcasing the best in what Martha's Vineyard has to offer. Located at the Sweet Life Café, a beautifully restored Victorian home turned restaurant right in the heart of Oak Bluffs.
7:00 PM-10:00 PM: Carrino & Caduceus Cellars Wine Dinner at Private Home
Acclaimed Chef Michael Carrino of Restaurant Passionné, Pig and Prince Restaurant and the highly anticipated "Rabbit Rabbit", teams up with friend, winemaker and rock icon Maynard James Keenan (Merkin Vineyards and Caduceus Cellars) for an intimate 4-course dining experience featuring the finest American (Arizona) wines and intuitive seasonal cuisine.
7:00 PM-10:00 PM: Coastal Comfort Foods Meets its Match in a Glass at The Dunes at the Winnetu
We are excited to welcome Chef and owner, Raymond Mohan of Harlem's and his partner/wife, co-owner, Leticia Skai Young of Lolo's Seafood Shack to our island. Don't miss out on one of Harlem's hottest restaurants! Our doors open at 7:00p.m. ushering in the Lolo experience, inspired by a variety of nostalgic offerings from island styled BBQ to coastal comfort foods of the Cape and the Caribbean (street eats like Johnny Cakes).
7:00 PM-10:00 PM: An Evening Featuring the Wines of Far Niente Wine Estates at Private Home
Join Eric Penneys from Far Niente Wines for an evening of exceptional food and wine in an exclusive private home in the historic Edgartown Village. He will lead you on a multi-course exploration of all Far Niente has to offer including some of their single vineyard expression Cabernet Nickel and Nickel. This is a don't miss event.
7:00 PM-10:00 PM: An Evening with Daniel Boulud, Patrice Martineau and Krug Champagnes at Bettini Restaurant

Critically-acclaimed Chef Daniel Boulud and his erstwhile protégé, Patrice Martineau, will collaborate on an intimate, five-course French dinner with pairings from Maison de Champagne Nicole Burke from Krug Champagne. The menu will feature locally-sourced ingredients, paying homage to the island's fishermen, farmers and foragers.
