The team at Black Rooster is thrilled to welcome Denver chef Paul Reilly, a 2025 James Beard Award semifinalist, for an unforgettable evening of Italian cocktails, wines, and culinary delights. Chef Reilly, known for his acclaimed Italian hotspot Coperta, joins Kristian Niemi and Mason Hatcher of Black Rooster for this collaborative multi-course dinner with drinks from Gallo Wine and Spirits.
