Green Malden Fair

Green Malden Fair
Sunday, Apr 28, 2024 from 12:00pm to 3:00pm
Pine Banks Park
1087 Main St,

Save the Date for our 2nd Annual Green Malden Fair! This fair will be held at the Field House at Pine Banks Park. Like last year, the fair will feature a variety of vendors, from recycling vendors that can take your Styrofoam and textiles, to Malden's other green partners like Black Earth Compost and Blue Bikes, to tables about Malden's Climate Action Plan and active climate-forward groups in Malden.

Refresh!

We are delighted to announce that the La Qchara food truck will be joining us from 12-2PM! We will also be hosting the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority's (MWRA) water fountain so you can bring your own water bottle and fill up.

Recycle and Shred!

At this event, you will be able to bring the following items to recycle:
-- Textiles, thanks to our partner Helpsy
-- E-waste* thanks to our partner Trident
-- Styrofoam, thanks to our partner Save That Stuff
-- Latex paint** thanks to our partner Recolor

You can also bring any documents you need shredded—our partner Security Shredders will be onsite for that.

*E-Waste Instructions: If you plan to recycle any electronics at this event, our vendor has requested that you "check out"  your items in advance at this link. Some items cost a fee to be recycled. Once you "check out" your items, all you will need to do day-of is show your email receipt when you drop them off. On-site checkout will also be available, but advance checkout prior to April 26 is appreciated.

**Latex Paint Instructions:
Only 1-gallon and 5-gallon buckets of latex paint will be accepted at this event (not quarts). You may bring a maximum of 15 gallons of paint per car, no more. Please double check our vendor's list of acceptable items before you come!
