This two-day family festival celebrates the town’s famous oysters, clams and shellfishing traditions and brings together locals and visitors alike for a weekend full of hometown flavor and big time fun!
There is something for everyone at OysterFest: local cuisine, a fine art and craft fair, educational non profit booths, children’s activities, live music, and the annual Oyster Shuck-Off competition.
The 2022 OysterFest will be a ticketed event with pre-registration required. On Sunday, we will continue our longtime tradition of free admission for Wellfleet residents with pre-registration still required. A resident promo code will be released on October 1st. Children under 12 are admitted free of charge, registration required.
You must have a ticket to attend: even if your ticket is free! This is in compliance with guidelines agreed upon by the Town of Wellfleet and by our wonderful safety officials.
With this being our first 'Fest since the start of the pandemic, we appreciate your understanding and patience with the changes this year to capacity and venue.
